Apologies for the delay in posts…which I just realized have lasted through the month of September so far (and here we are halfway through!) Had a baking urge today…probably because I’ve been hearing daily (via Garrett) requests from the JU soccer team for me to send them goodies. I’m a sucker, what can I say? Garrett’s summer soccer team is a NPSL team, or basically a regional semi-pro team made up of current & former collegiate and professional soccer players.
